Kingdom Leadership Network Tanzania (KLNT)
Kingdom Leadership Network Tanzania (KLNT) is a non-governmental organization non-partisan and non-denominational organisation registered under the Non-Governmental Organizations Act, No. 24 of 2002 (Certificate of Registration No.00NGO/R/2383), focused on leadership development, ethical leadership, and business transformation in Tanzania and Africa. It was founded in the year 2013. KLNT is headquartered in Mbezi Beach, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
KLNT acknowledges that achieving its vision requires collaborative efforts. Therefore, it is working alongside a range of strategic partners to bring its core mission to fruition. These partners include: The Nelson Mandela Institution of Science and Technology based in Arusha, World Vision Tanzania, The East African Women in Business Platform (EAWIBP), Oral Roberts University in Oklahoma USA, Regent University in Virginia beach USA, The Tanzania Innovation Centre for Agriculture, and the Prime Minister's Office -Labour, Youth, Employment and Persons with Disabilities (SME's Business Development Incubation Program) and banks.
To develop ethical leadership in Tanzania by training, mentoring, coaching, capacity building and prepare political, business and government leaders to embrace moral, value based and ethical principles thereby addressing people, policies and processes in holistic manner.

"Isaac Makala Mpatwa is the Founder and CEO of KLNT–KLI, a visionary leadership and business adviser with over 13 years of experience in banking, business consulting, strategic leadership development, economic diplomacy, and governance. He holds a BBA from Curtin University, Australia, and an MBA in Marketing and Management from Mid Sweden University."

A leadership platform that equips and inspires entrepreneurs, businesses, churches, and organizations to lead with biblical principles. It connects participants with world-class speakers to gain practical wisdom for ethical leadership, sustainable financial success, and national impact.
The International Christian Chamber of Commerce (ICCC) is a global organization that promotes Christian values in business. It supports leaders through networking, mentorship, and events, encouraging them to integrate faith, ethics, and integrity into their professional lives while pursuing business success and community impact.
This program harmoniously combines reason and faith to nurture Christian leadership with a transformative purpose. By uniting the principles of business development with the values of Christian faith, this program empowers leaders to impact the world positively, instilling a sense of purpose and ethics into their endeavors.
Tanzania-Israel Business and Investment Forum (TIBIF) is a platform that promotes trade, investment, and strategic partnerships between Tanzania and Israel by connecting business leaders, investors, and institutions to explore opportunities in key sectors such as agriculture, technology, and manufacturing.
Strengthening USA-Tanzania Economic Diplomacy by facilitating economic, wealth, and Technology transfer between Tanzanian and USA Governments.
The coming together of all top youth leaders from recognizable denominational and non-denominational institutions in Tanzania. To inspire and motivate them to engage, enter and lead in God’s way through all spheres of influence.
KLNT conducts leadership development programs aimed at equipping leaders with skills, values, and principles required for effective and ethical leadership in various sectors of society.
Kingdom Leadership Institute (KLI) is an interdisciplinary think tank and leadership development institution based in Tanzania, focused on value-based and ethical leadership across Africa. It was formally registered in 2017 and exists to cultivate visionary leaders in business, government, and society who can drive transformational change and economic growth.
